Three audiences. Individual learners (professional tutors, K–12 students, classroom teachers) order the kits directly through their respective product pages. Institutional buyers (school districts, tutoring companies, educational resellers) order kits in bulk and partner with us on wraparound training services. Both paths use the same hardware, the same platform, and the same Learning Bundle.
Can resellers white-label the kits?
Yes, for partners committing to fifty or more kits per year. We white-label the platform UI, the Learning Bundle, the onboarding emails, and the certificates. Hardware ships in unbranded packaging with your insert. Pricing is negotiated based on volume and contract length.
What does wraparound training actually include?
Six components: deployment training (onboard your team on every kit you sell), train-the-trainer certification (your staff trained to deliver Pencil Spaces training to your customers), white-label Learning Bundle access (license the three courses under your brand), custom content development (we build courses on your curriculum), dedicated success manager (named contact for your account), and ongoing QBRs (quarterly business reviews). Programs are scoped to your volume and goals.
Do you sell to school districts?
Yes. We have purchasing agreements with state procurement systems, accept POs, provide W-9s, and bill net-30 or net-60. Many districts buy the Teacher Kit at scale, with the Student Kit available as an optional family add-on or pilot. How does Pencil Spaces compare to other learning platforms?
Most learning platforms sell software. We sell complete solutions: hardware, software, professional development, and ongoing support, packaged as kits anyone can order. Over ten million sessions have run on Pencil Spaces since 2019. The platform powers our kits, but you can also use the kits with Zoom, Google Classroom, or any other tool your customers prefer. No lock-in, just a better default.
What's the minimum to start a reseller relationship?
We typically start partners with a 10–50 kit pilot, no minimum order commitment. After a successful pilot (usually 2–3 months), we move to a partnership agreement with annual minimums starting at 50 kits per year. School district agreements have no minimum; we'll deploy to a single school if that's where you want to start.
